I've spent more than two decades in operations and leadership — the work that happens behind the scenes and decides whether a business runs like a machine or runs its owner into the ground. I've built the systems, managed the projects, tracked the numbers, and led the teams. I know what it takes to make an operation hum, and I know what it costs an owner when it doesn't.
Over the years I saw the same thing again and again: talented business owners stuck as the bottleneck in their own companies. Not because they were doing anything wrong — because no one had ever taken the operations off their plate. They were carrying strategy, projects, systems, and team all at once, with no one whose actual job was to make it all run.
