Operations support, built around how your business actually runs.
From a single strategy session to a full operations partnership, here's how we can work together to get your business out of your head and into systems that hold.
Every business I work with is somewhere on the same path: too much depends on the owner, and there's no time to fix it because you're too busy running it. Wherever you are on that path — needing a plan, needing one big thing built, or needing someone to run operations for good — there's a way to start.
Business Strategy Session
Best for: owners who know something has to change but aren't sure where to begin.
A focused working session where we cut through the overwhelm and get you a clear plan. We'll look at where your business is stuck, what's pulling on your time, and what needs to happen next — and you'll leave with prioritized next steps you can actually act on.
Think of it as the fastest way to trade a full, foggy head for a short, clear list.
You walk away with: a prioritized action plan, clarity on your biggest operational bottlenecks, and a recommendation for what to tackle first.
VIP Day
Best for: owners with one big project that's been stuck for months.
One dedicated day, one meaningful result. We pick the thing that keeps getting pushed to "someday" — documenting your core systems, building out SOPs, setting up an automation, mapping a launch or a new location — and we get it done together in a single focused day.
No dragging a project out over weeks. You bring the priority; I bring the structure, the execution, and the finish line.
You walk away with: a completed project you can put to work immediately, and the systems or documentation to keep it running.
Monthly OBM Retainer
Best for: owners ready to hand off operations for good and lead from the front.
This is the full partnership. Month after month, I sit in the operations seat and run the engine of your business — so you can finally focus on vision, growth, and the parts only you can do.
As your OBM, I manage:
-
Business Strategy — turning your vision into a prioritized, quarter-by-quarter plan.
-
Project Management — driving every initiative to done, on time and on budget.
-
Operations Management — building and running the SOPs, workflows, and systems your business runs on.
-
Metric Management — tracking the KPIs that show you what's working.
-
Launch Management — planning and executing your big moves without the chaos.
-
Team Management — hiring support, onboarding, roles, and accountability so your team runs without you hovering.
Add-ons: AI and automation builds, and bookkeeping for businesses that want the financial side handled too.
You get: a true operations partner, a business that runs on structure, and your time back.
Add-ons
AI & Automation
I combine 20+ years of operations experience with modern AI to build practical automations and workflows — the kind that quietly handle the repetitive work currently eating your week. Available inside a retainer or as a standalone build.
Bookkeeping
For businesses that need it, I can keep your books clean, current, and decision-ready, so your metrics always reflect reality.
Who I work with
I partner with owner-run businesses doing $100K or more a year, from solo operators up to teams of 25:
-
Service providers who've hit the ceiling of what they can do alone.
-
Restaurants where the owner is stretched across the floor, the staff, the vendors, and the books.
-
Hot shot and trucking operations drowning in dispatch, compliance, and paperwork while trying to keep loads moving and grow.
Different industries, same turning point: the business can't grow past the owner until someone else owns how it runs.
Questions owners ask
What exactly is an Online Business Manager?
An OBM takes ownership of how your business runs day to day — strategy, projects, operations, metrics, launches, and team. A virtual assistant does the tasks you hand them; an OBM decides what needs to happen and makes sure it does, so you don't have to manage every detail yourself.
I run a restaurant / trucking company, not an "online business." Is this for me?
Yes. The "online" in OBM refers to how I work with you, not the kind of business you run. Operations are operations — whether you're filling tables, keeping trucks moving, or booking clients, the systems that make a business run smoothly are the same ones I build and manage.
Do we have to start with a monthly retainer?
Not at all. Most owners start with a Strategy Session or a VIP Day. It's a low-pressure way to see how we work together before committing to anything ongoing.
How does the AI part work?
Wherever it genuinely saves you time. I look for the repetitive, manual work in your business and build automations and AI-powered workflows to handle it — practical systems, not tech for the sake of tech.
Do you really offer bookkeeping too?
Yes, for businesses that need it — as an add-on, so your numbers stay clean and current without you chasing them.
How do we get started?
Book a call. We'll talk about where you're stuck and figure out the right first step. No pitch, no pressure.
